Narayan is a co-founder of Athiya. He heads the organization and is a charismatic leader. He comes with over 30 years of experience in International Marketing and has lived and worked across the world. He has superb client engagement skills and is also a number cruncher. Brings loads of energy, humor and dynamism to the workplace as he leads from the front at Athiya.

Chitralekha Narayan | Director

Chitra is a co-founder of Athiya and is the founder of Athiya Leadership Academy. She comes with over 20 years of experience in facilitation across geographies. She holds an MA in English Literature. Her other credentials are:

Suparna Mohan | Assistant Manager – L&D (ODI)

Suparna, a graduate in Arts & History from the University of Zambia, brings with her more than 8 years of work experience in the Learning and Development arena along with considerable experience in music and dance training.

She specializes in delivering modules such as Presentation Skills, Team Building, Corporate Etiquette, Cultural Sensitivity, Business Communication Skills, Campus to Corporate, Management Primer, English Language training, Goal Setting, Leadership Skills, Problem Solving and Decision Making, Stress Management, Time Management, Negotiation Skills and Interpersonal Skills. She is exposed to the entire training cycle and is well versed with all aspects of training right from needs gathering to delivery and assessment of training modules.

She brings to the fore significant experience in the field of arts and adds her creative touch to any program that she delivers. Her presence in a session brings the aura of optimism and 'think big' attitude.

Vishweshwar| ASSISTANT MANAGER – L&D (PROJECTS).

Vishweshwar lives by the motto “People don’t buy what you do; they buy why you do it.” This passion drives Vish to help people learn new things along with the “Why” factor to make it meaningful.

Vish comes with over 10 years of work experience and has worked with people across organizations like Ocwen, Xerox, Hinduja Global Solutions and Just Dial. He has trained people on Business Communication, Customer Service, Voice and Accent, Service Excellence, Presentation and Facilitation Skills, Leadership Skills, Team Building and Interpersonal Skills. Additionally, Vish has also worked with the faculty members and students of various Engineering and Management Institutions on Communication Skills, Interview and Group Discussion Skills, Resume Writing and Motivation.

Vish is passionate about writing poems, stand-up comedy, public speaking and sketching.

Client Engagement:

Anil Jamadagni | ASSISTANT MANAGER - CLIENT ENGAGEMENT.

Anil Jamadagni comes with over 9 years of experience with various organizations, of which a major chunk has been with Sales and Marketing. He has worked with companies like HSBC, SGT Global and Symphony Services.

He firmly believes in exploring unchartered territory, helping Athiya move away from a predictable line of focus. He continuously strengthens various existing verticals of Athiya and is an able member of the Sales & Marketing Team.

His areas of expertise include Inside Sales, Channel Sales, Market Research and Corporate Sales.

Finance & Administration:

Vijay Kumar K | Head - Accounts & Finance

Vijay started his career at Athiya as an Accounts Officer from the time of its inception in 2004. He presently heads the Finance team. He is a quintessential number cruncher and manages the AP-AR processes at Athiya. In addition, he deals with banks, government offices, commercial department on behalf of our clients and all Athiyans.

Raja Shekar | Sr. Executive - MIS

Shekar started his career at Athiya from the time of its inception in 2004. As a part of the Admin & MIS team, he handles logistics related to trainings within and outside Bangalore. In addition, he is an MS Excel expert, who has time and again revised our post-training assessment reports to make them extremely user-friendly. He also assists the marketing team with the circulation of Athiya's newsletter 'The Voice of Athiya.' Last but not the least, he is our 'go-to' man for technology - related glitches.
